Starters

1. Flavored artisan bread with our selection of varieties. Flavored bread is increasingly fashionable and makes a perfect combination with our EVOOs.

· The Olive Bread will intensify the olive flavor of our Tribuna EVOO.

· The Tomato Bread will be the perfect complement to the tomato plant flavor of our single-varietal picual “Aliño”.

· The garlic bread will combine perfectly with our “Museo” coupage.

2. Burrata salad with tomatoes confit in EVOO: Fresh burrata, cherry tomatoes slowly confit in EVOO, basil and a touch of balsamic.

3. Cod carpaccio with citrus fruits and EVOO: Thin slices of cured cod, orange segments, sliced ​​almonds and a splash of EVOO Dressing.

Main course

1. Meat Option:

Pork tenderloin with EVOO with Pedro Ximénez reduction. Accompanied by mashed potatoes with extra virgin olive oil and grilled asparagus.

2. Fish Option:

Hake in green sauce, with Morales EVOO, garlic, parsley, clams and garnished with steamed potatoes.

3. Vegetarian Option:

Baked ratatouille with EVOO and Provencal herbs. Layers of zucchini, eggplant, tomato and peppers, drizzled with a generous touch of Morales EVOO.

Dessert

EVOO flan

To half a glass of Morales EVOO, add 750 milliliters of milk, a cinnamon stick, a tablespoon of anise, 150 grams of sugar, 8 eggs, liquid caramel and lemon caramel.

The milk is heated in a saucepan, incorporating the rest of the ingredients, including the previously mixed eggs. Also the extra virgin olive oil, in which the anise will have been previously fried. The mixer will allow the result to be homogenized, which will be poured into a mold with caramel at the bottom. Cook it in a bain-marie for 45 minutes and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Drinks

Dry white wine to highlight the flavors of the EVOO.
