…The roots that unite us…
Two months ago we finished creating the rebranding Aceites Morales.
Behind the new brand there are many hours of work with Wola Publicidad that we summarize in this post.
In a first phase, a great brainstorm was carried out and the brand’s values began to be outlined, with which we have always felt identified… Honesty, transparency, purity, strength, security…
In a later phase, the corporate colors were defined and work began on the typography…
Green, white and anthracite was our choice. Typography wasn’t too much of a problem either.
As for the elements of the brand and logo, we were clear that we wanted to make a commitment to continuity…
The M that Rafael Morales already used in the jugs, the press that we have been using since the beginning of the brand in our 5Lt format, the olives that we have used on a recurring basis in the Museum…
After several tests, the M was defined as a logo and characteristic elements of the Morales universe were incorporated into the different brands: Museo, Aliño and Tribuna.
Now only the tagline remained, and this was one of the aspects that brought more debate…
Many options were discarded until we were only left with 3:
- Oliving, as a lifestyle: The olivin lifestyle combines two concepts: “the olive” and “oh living”
The olive is our product, Living, life, enjoying the world in a unique, human, warm and profound way.
What if joining these two concepts we created a new one?
It was an idea based on the enjoyment of small things like savoring a good oil. - From the Olive Grove to your Palate: We wanted to reflect the purity of our oil… From the olive tree to the palate with a totally natural elaboration.
“From the olive grove to your palate” represented the simplicity and quality of the Morales brand. - The roots that unite us… It was the most sentimental tagline and it is the one that we finally stayed with… It refers to the union… The union with our land, with our olive groves, the union with our farmers, who are part of our company and without them nothing would be possible, and the union of our family.
