Red tuna tataki with white garlic and wakame seaweed base

May 2, international tuna day and a spectacular day to prepare a quick and easy recipe based on bluefin tuna.

Ingredients:

  • 120 gr. Red tuna
  • Soy sauce (soy and thickener)
  • Ajoblanco (garlic, almonds, vinegar, water, salt and pepper)
  • Black sesame
  • Wasabi sesame
  • EVOO
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Red chili threads
  • Basil leaves

Recipe steps

1. Make rectangular tuna portions at least 3 cm thick.

2. Mark them on all 4 sides in a pan with very hot Morales EVOO.

3. Pass through black sesame.

4. Cut into 8 mm pieces.

6. Plate the tuna and add a splash of Tribuna EVOO.

7. Garnish with red chili, wasabi sesame and basil.
